Management Team

Glennon Gray - President, Owner

Glennon is the President of Euclid Management and oversees all the property management activities.  He is a business graduate of California State UniversityFullerton.  He joined the company in 1988.

 

Glennon served on the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Inland Empire Chapter, for six years, and is a Past President of the Chapter.

 

Glennon is also involved as one of the two Inland Empire delegates to the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC).  Each CAI Chapter elects two delegates to represent the region in legislative matters.  CLAC monitors all common interest development bills prior to their ratification.  CLAC members and their lobbyist deal directly with the State Senators and Assemblymen.  Glennon was Chairman for the State of California for three years. Glennon has been a Delegate from 1989 to present.

 

He has also successfully passed all classes and exams required to be certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).  CACM is an organization that promotes education and licensing of property managers.  Glennon was one of the first 50 property managers to be licensed in the state.

    

Glennon has also received the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation.  Glennon’s PCAM number is 414.  PCAM is the highest designation available through CAI.  Currently, only 450 property managers in the country hold this designation.

 

Glennon currently sits on the Government and Public Affairs Committee on the National level. Glennon has been a member of this Committee from 2008 to present.
 
Glennon is married with three children and is a native of southern California.  His hobbies include running (6 marathons) and wine.
Glen Crosby - Vice President

 

Glen Crosby joined the Euclid Team in 2007 and oversees the operations of the Company.  He is responsible for the daily execution of systems and procedures that support the needs of our clients.

 

Prior to joining Euclid Management Company, Glen spent over 7 years with KB Home, holding positions including Vice President of Land and Director of Forward Planning. During that time he was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and development of several thousand lots, including single-family detached, mixed-use and multi-family communities; along with the oversight of all DRE processing.

 

Before joining KB Home, Glen spent 13 years with Lewis Homes Management Corp. in Project Development, Homeowners Association Coordination and Property Management.

Glen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly).

 

Glen is married with four children and is a native of southern California.  He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fly fishing. 

 

Jim Gray - Vice President, Owner

Jim’s background in association management began in 1978 when, as Director of Property Management for a local developer, he served on many association Boards.  He was President of several of them.  Jim saw the need for a professional association management company and started Euclid Management Company in 1986.

 

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker.  He is a graduate of Gannon University.  He is a member of California Institute of Certified Public Accounts, is on the Board of Directors and is Past President of the Upland YMCA, served as a Board Member of the Upland Chamber of Commerce and is active in the Upland Rotary. 

 

Jim was the recipient of the 1992 Upland’s “Small Business Person of the Year” award.  This award was sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration and Chaffey College.

 

He has spoken to Board Members and property managers at many association management seminars.  Topics of his presentations included “Duties of the Board President,” “Duties of the Board Treasurer,” “How to Conduct a Board Meeting,” and “How to be an Effective New Board Member.” Jim and his wife Carol have lived in Upland for over 40 years. They have three children and four grandchildren.

Mary Beth Newkirk - Controller

Mary Beth oversees the corporate accounting department.  The accounting department consists of a staff of 17 including an Assistant Controller, accounts payable/accounts receivable staff, staff accountants, and clerical personnel.   The accounting department is responsible for all financial matters relating to the community associations, including: preparation of monthly financial statements; vendor payments; homeowner assessment payments; and, working with outside CPA firms in the preparation of annual tax returns and audits/reviews.

 

Mary Beth has been with Euclid for over 4 years in the position of Controller.  Prior to joining Euclid, she was a Corporate Controller in the real estate industry for over 30 years.  Mary Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Madonna University, Livonia, MI.

 

Mary Beth and her husband have lived in Corona for over five years.  Mary Beth devotes her free time to cooking, reading, scrapbooking, and Christmas decorating.

Rosie Bernal - Accounting Supervisor
Rosie oversees our team of Staff Accountants.  Her team is responsible for banking, accounting matters, investments, board directives and facilitating financial statements and documents to board members. 

Rosie has been with Euclid for 2 years.  Rosie joined the company as a Staff Accountant and quickly advanced to Accounting Supervisor.  Rosie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Accounting from University of Phoenix.

Rosie currently resides in Fontana with her husband of 14 years. They have 3 beautiful children.  Rosie loves to take her kids to the park and ride bikes.  She is also a soccer fanatic and enjoys dancing Flocorico.  Rosie and her husband are active helpers at Sacred Heart Church in Rancho Cucamonga.

Dana Mathey - Division Manager - HOA

Dana is responsible for the managers in the Upland office and provides training and guidance to them. She works closely with the managers, offering her experience and expertise to help navigate elevated issues.  Dana is a valuable resource and liaison to the Board of Directors. 


Dana has been a part of the Euclid Management Team since 1999.  Previously, she was the General Manager for a large scale, planned unit development for seven years.  Dana has earned the credentials from the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), completed the Professional Management Development Program (CAI) and is currently serving on the GRIE education committee. Dana is a graduate of San Diego State University with a BA Degree in education. 

 

Dana has resided in Redlands with her husband, Michael, for the last 25 years and has two adult children.  She enjoys hiking, horseback riding, golfing and an occasional extreme sport.  She and her husband volunteer for the Great American Youth Circus in Redlands.
Kathy Johnston - Division Manager - HOA

Kathy is responsible for the management of our Santa Clarita and Westlake Village offices.  She oversees day to day operations and the management team that supports all of our clients within the region.  Kathy has extensive experience and practical expertise in property management.  This working knowledge of the business makes her an effective problem solver and an invaluable resource for our Board Members who are committed to being a successful part of a community management team.

 

Kathy has worked at Euclid Management Company since 1999.  Previous work experience includes 8 years as a Program Director at the YMCA and 4 years as a small business owner in Orange County. Initially, Kathy was hired as a property manager, managing 9 homeowner associations of approximately 1500 homes.  After two years she was promoted to Division Manager, overseeing staff in the Upland and Westlake Village offices.  In 2004, she took on additional responsibilities, including management of the Santa Clarita office.  Kathy is a certified manager through California Association Community Managers (CCAM).  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Kathy lives in Anaheim Hills with her fiancé Dean.  She has a son, a daughter, and a grandson who is the light of her life.  Her interests include camping, boating, and motorcycling.  

Murray Quance - Division Manager - HOA

Murray oversees the K. Hovnanian’s Four Seasons Active Adult Communities in Beaumont, Hemet, Murrieta and Palm Springs with a total of 32 staff members.  

 

Murray has worked at Euclid since 2004 and was the on-site General Manager involved in the start up of the Palm Springs and Beaumont locations before assuming his current position as a Division Manager.  Prior to joining Euclid, Murray’s experience included Operations Vice President/General Manager positions of Fortune 500 and small entrepreneurial companies in automotive, electronic office equipment and consumer products industries.  He received his formal education in Canada and earned a B. S. in Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.  He attended the Management Development Program at the University of Toronto.  Murray received his CACM designation in 2005.

 

Murray, who resides in Palm Desert, enjoys golfing, skiing, running; and, sleeping at the beach after wine and cheese.  After many moves throughout his career, he and his wife are delighted to be living in southern California.

Jeri Mupo - Director of Developer Operations

Jeri is responsible for new community development and transition.  She will offer guidance early in the entitlement process of a new community, while the governing documents are being developed.  Jeri reviews tentative maps, CC&R’s and improvement plans to identify potential concerns early in the process.  She will also review the governing documents for consistency with the Department of Real Estate budget as well as current industry standards; and provides recommendations to community developers.  In addition, Jeri prepares the draft rules and regulations; architectural guidelines; and, conducts inspections of common area amenities and facilities to achieve timely transition from developer to homeowner association control and responsibility.  Jeri develops, implements and administers all aspects of the association’s operations including staff requirements and administration functions.

 

Jeri has worked at Euclid Management Company since 1992.  She began as a property manager and after two years was promoted to Division Manager.  In 2002, she became Euclid Management’s developer specialist.  Jeri is a certified manager through California Association of Community Managers (CACM) and a member of Community Associations Institute (CAI).  She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Jeri and her husband live in Yucaipa.  They have four children.  Her hobbies include quilting, scrapbooking and riding her Harley Davidson with the San Gorgonio Pass Touring and Riding Club.

Patricia Real - Division Manager - Income Division

Patricia oversees the daily operations within the Income Division of Euclid Management Company.  The Income Division is responsible for managing over 260 properties comprised of single family dwellings, apartment complexes and commercial sites.

 

Patricia has been with Euclid Management Company since 2010.  Prior to her position as a supervisor, she managed a varying portfolio consisting of single units, multi-units, and commercial retail units.  Prior to joining Euclid, Patricia worked for 14 years with investors in acquiring real estate assets throughout Southern California.  Patricia is a licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate, a California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) and still finds time to pursue higher education at the University of La Verne.   

 

Patricia is happily married with 6 children, two beautiful grandchildren and resides in the City of Rancho Cucamonga.  When she is not tending to her family she enjoys going to the beach, running, hiking and yoga.

Charlotte Kovacik - Escrow & Collections Manager

Charlotte Kovacik is responsible for managing the Escrow and Collections Department, which serves all of the communities we manage.  She oversees an experienced staff, coordinating all owner escrow closings as well as collection activities for delinquent owners.

 

She has been employed at Euclid Management for almost 3 years and is an accomplished, results driven management professional with over 20 years experience in the real estate and homebuilding industry.  Charlotte’s past work experience includes coordinating thousands of escrow closings for new home construction.  In addition, she worked with various HOA attorneys establishing new community associations, which included the development of CC&R’s and all associated governing documents for several regional and national homebuilders.  Charlotte was instrumental as a developer board member and company liaison for various homeowners associations.  Charlotte is a licensed Notary Public and has taken multiple real estate and business courses in her career.

 

Charlotte was born and raised in Southern California and currently owns a home within a beautiful community with a homeowners association.  She is happily married, the proud parent of two adorable dogs and loves to spend her vacation time traveling with her husband.

Kevin Tate - Customer Service Supervisor

Kevin oversees the operations of the Customer Response Team.  Kevin supervises a dedicated staff of 12 and is responsible for the systematic coordination of service requests in an accurate and timely manner. His team assists with billing calls; service issues; general questions; automated gate systems; distribution of keys and remote transmitters; etc.  In addition, his department is responsible for assisting the Property Management staff with data entry, reporting and automated tracking of all business activity for the community associations.

 

Kevin brings 30 years of customer service experience to the company, including 17 years in supervision and management.  Having graduated from Temple City high School, Kevin began a 15 year career with the Southern California Rapid Transit District, where he was ultimately promoted to the position of Accounts Representative in charge of the Student Discount Pass Program.  Prior to joining the Euclid Team, Kevin also spent 10 years with Avery Dennison, supervising the Consumer Service Center for the Office Products North America Division. Despite working full time, Kevin continued to pursue his undergraduate degrees in both Liberal Arts and Business Administration at East Los Angeles and Mt. San Antonio Community Colleges, in addition to completing courses in customer service, supervision and management.

 

Kevin currently resides in Pomona with his wife of 20 years and his 2 teenage children.  Kevin has always been an avid outdoorsman and sports fan.  He enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking, camping and still plays softball twice a week.  In addition, Kevin recently completed 10 years as a community volunteer, serving as a coach, manager and Board Member for his local Little League.    

Nima Shariatmadari - Director of Information Technology

Nima oversees all technical aspects of Euclid Management Company.  This includes maintaining a network of over 200 computers, 120 individual employees, and 14 servers spread over 7 offices.  Nima is responsible for not only designing and maintaining Euclid’s network, he also supports and troubleshoots all technology related issues.

 

Nima has been an employee of Euclid since 2005.  Prior to that, he was head of imaging for Cal Poly Pomona’s Accounts Payable department.  He attended Cal Poly from 2000-2005, majoring in Computer Science & Computer Information Systems.  Nima is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer in Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP. 

 

Nima was born in Iran and immigrated to the States when he was 3.  He currently resides in the city of Rancho Cucamonga where he enjoys being active.  Whether its basketball, golf, or video games, Nima enjoys the competition and is always up for a challenge.
