Customer Service Representative
Description:

Euclid Management Company is one of the largest property management companies in the Inland Empire. We are looking for a quick and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday in our corporate office in Upland.

Our customer service team is an essential component in assisting our property managers and homeowners with the day to day operations of the various communities we manage. The job involves handling a high volume of phone calls, providing a high degree of customer service, data entry and business writing.

Staff Accountant
Description:
Euclid Management Company is looking to fill an available full-time Staff Accountant position.
Hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

 

For multiple entities, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded on an accrual basis.
  • Researching and resolving all issues identified and providing timely updates on issues until resolved.
  • Reconciling operating and investment bank accounts.
  • Analyzing budget variances and providing written explanations.
  • Executing investment transactions according to Board directives.
  • Preparing month end financial statements and reporting packages on a timely basis.
  • Completing other projects as assigned or requested.

Activities Coordinator / Director
Description:

Full-time position available at large scale “Active Adult” (55+) gated community located in Bakersfield. This position requires a self-motivated person with an outgoing and friendly personality. 

 

You would be responsible for planning and coordinating recreational activities and events for the homeowners within the community. Training will be considered for the right person with the following qualifications.

Front Desk Assistant - Part-time (B)
Description:
Euclid Management Company is looking for part-time team member with great customer service for front desk responsibilities at our Four Seasons community lodge located in Bakersfield.
 

This position would be working at the front desk in the community clubhouse assisting homeowners with community events and activities. This is a part-time position requiring a person with flexible hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. This is an entry-level position with advancement opportunities. Part time hours, 15-20 hours per week, weekends/evenings, opening and closing shifts. 

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Front desk greeting homeowners

• Customer service

• General office duties, data entry

• Other duties as assigned or required

Community Manager / Administrative Assistant Full-time
Description:

Euclid Management Company Inc. is looking for an experienced on-site homeowners’ association property manager to join our team and assist with responsibilities at the Four Seasons community located in Bakersfield.

Duties will include:

 

  • Assist with the day-to-day responsibilities of the community.
  • Work under the direction of the General Manager, working closely with board members and staff to oversee all aspects of the communities.
  • Prepare for and attend board meetings.
  • General office and computer work.
  • Assist and communicate with vendors and homeowners.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and track homeowner information.
  • Inspect large community grounds, to include multiple miles at a time.
  • Assist with events, which include lifting and moving tables and chairs up to 35 lbs.
