HOA Property Manager
Description:

Euclid Management Company is seeking an experienced property manager (or related management experience) for homeowners' association management. You would be managing a portfolio of HOA communities, working in a fast-paced environment as a liaison for board members, homeowners and vendors. The position is not an onsite position. This position is full-time, Monday through Friday in our corporate office in Upland. Some pre-scheduled evening board meetings would be required.

As an HOA Community Property Manager, you would work closely with board members, prepare for and attend board meetings, weekly property inspections, oversee all aspects of the communities, work closely with various departments to insure that items are completed timely and accurately, and various other administrative duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications:
  • Requires flexible person with excellent customer service skills and experience.
  • Property management experience or similar experience is required. 
  • HOA experience is helpful.
  • Must have excellent follow up, organizational skills and experience.
  • Typing 45 wpm, good computer skills, Word, basic Excel skills.
  • Must be able to work independently and have good problem-solving skills.
  • Fast-paced office requires quick thinker.

Customer Service Representative
Description:

Euclid Management Company is one of the largest property management companies in the Inland Empire. We are looking for a quick and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday in our corporate office in Upland.

Our customer service team is an essential component in assisting our property managers and homeowners with the day to day operations of the various communities we manage. The job involves handling a high volume of phone calls, providing a high degree of customer service, data entry and business writing.
