Community Property Manager- Valencia Office
Description:
Euclid Management Company is seeking an experienced property manager for the management of various homeowners’ associations.  You would be working in a fast-paced environment as a liaison for board members, homeowners and vendors.  The position would be working full-time Monday through Friday out of our Valencia office and would require some pre-scheduled evening board meetings during the workweek, which include days off in compensation.
 

As a Community Property Manager, you would work closely with board members, prepare for and attend board meetings, weekly property inspections, oversee all aspects of the communities, work closely with various departments to insure that items are completed timely and accurately.  Various other administrative duties as assigned and required.

Accounts Payable Clerk
Description:

Euclid Management Company is one of the largest property management companies in the Inland Empire. We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable person to join our accounting department. Duties include payment processing, problem solving with customers regarding accounts, tracking customer issues, and payment center banking liaison.


For multiple entities, responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Researching and resolving all issues identified and providing timely updates on issues until resolved.
  • Reconciling operating bank accounts.
  • Completing other projects as assigned or requested.

Administrative / Clerical Position-Escrow Department
Description:
Euclid Management Company is one of the largest property management company in the Inland Empire.  We are looking for a sharp person for our Escrow and Collections Department.  Position would be working in our corporate office in Upland, Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm. 
 

Job Duties:

*Preparation of HOA escrow demand and HOA governing documents.

*Customer Service.

*High phone volume.

*Data entry.

*Corresponding with delinquent owners, escrow officers, lenders, attorneys, etc.

*Copying, filing, general office and clerical.

*Other duties as assigned or required.

Benefits:

Starting salary is $10-11 per hour (flexible based upon skills and experience).
