Our experienced team will participate in the initial stages of entitlement and DRE processing to review and identify potential concerns with your phased development plan and your governing documents. We have participated with homebuilders and land developers in the successful start-up and transition of over 70 communities. Our early involvement will enable our team to develop the appropriate timelines and strategic plan to get your community running successfully and position each phase for timely transition to the Association.
