We specialize in new community development. Our experienced team will participate in the initial stages of entitlement and DRE processing to review and identify potential concerns with your phased development plan and your governing documents. We have participated with homebuilders and land developers in the successful start-up and transition of over 70 communities. Our early involvement will enable our team to develop the appropriate timelines and strategic plan to get your community running successfully and position each phase for timely transition to the Association. Our developer services include:

Consulting

· Governing document review and recommendations

· Practical understanding and coordination of Subsidy, Shared Use and Maintenance Agreements

· Insurance procurement

· Assistance filing federal and state required documents

· Set up tax identification number and bank accounts

Association Set-Up

· Establish Rules and Regulations

· Development, implementation and enforcement of Architectural Guidelines

· Committee formation, Charter development

· Input data for gated entry systems

· Schedule and administer initial election meeting

Management Support Team

Property Management:
