Property Maintenance
We perform detailed community inspections on a regular basis—typically weekly. We utilize a customized inspection form, specific to your community. We walk your common areas and check items such as landscaping; gate function and locking mechanisms; pool chemicals and equipment; as well as interior inspections of the restrooms and clubhouse.
In addition, every manager receives a weekly "Required Inspection Report” detailing all items noted from the previous inspection that must be verified or updated. The report includes the status of pending violation letters issued to owners for landscape maintenance, unapproved installations or other property concerns. We will also schedule walk-throughs with your service providers to address any maintenance concerns.
Our goal in the weekly inspection of your community is to be pro-active by identifying potential problems early. Every reported item receives a reference number that is logged into our automated system, assuring follow through of all open issues.
