About Us
Since 1986 Euclid Management Company has been providing quality, professional community association management to master planned communities, planned residential developments, condominiums, townhomes, industrial parks and office parks. The communities we manage range in size from 16 units to 3,500 units. We now manage 242 associations with over 35,403 units.
Our main office is located in Upland with regional offices in Westlake Village and Santa Clarita. The properties we manage are geographically spread from Valencia to Camarillo to Long Beach to Rancho Santa Margarita to Palm Desert to Victorville.
We have 115 employees including our in-house accounting, escrow and delinquency tracking departments.
Euclid Management Company is a member of the Community Associations Institute, CACM and various Chambers of Commerce.

James G. Gray, Glennon Gray, and Judi Surbuts are the owners of Euclid Management Company.
THE OWNERS: The owners of Euclid Management Company, Jim Gray and Glennon Gray, are dedicated to maintaining the most professional homeowners association management company in the industry. This is accomplished by constantly educating ourselves, educating and supervising our employees, and educating and communicating with our Board Members and Homeowners. We are always available for any Board Member who has a question. Our overall approach is to assign knowledgeable, professional property managers to each property to handle day to day matters and to support these managers with technical expertise and our response team.
JIM GRAY: Jim's background in association management began in 1978 when, as Director of Property Management for a local developer, he served on many association boards. He was President of several of them. Jim saw the need for a professional association management company and started Euclid Management Company in 1986.
Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and licensed Real Estate Broker. He is a graduate of Gannon University. He is a member of the California Institute of Certified Public Accountants, is on the Board of Directors and is Past President of the Upland YMCA, served as a Board Member of the Upland Chamber of Commerce and is a past President of Upland Rotary. He is currently a CPM candidate.
Jim was the recipient of the 1992 Upland's Small Business Person of the Year" award. This award was sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce, U.S. Small Business Administration and Chaffey College.
He has spoken at many association management seminars to Board Members and property managers. Topics of his presentations included "Duties of the Board President," "Duties of the Board Treasurer," "How to Conduct a Board Meeting," and "How to be an Effective New Board Member."
GLENNON GRAY: Glennon is the President of Euclid Management Company and oversees all property management activities. He is a business graduate of California State University - Fullerton. He joined the company in 1988.
Glennon served on the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Inland Empire Chapter, for six years, and is a Past President of the Chapter.
Glennon is also involved as one of the two Inland Empire delegates to the California Legislative Action Committee (CLAC). Each CAI Chapter elects two delegates to represent the region in legislative matters. CLAC monitors all common interest development bills prior to their ratification. CLAC members and their lobbyist deal directly with the State Senators and Assemblymen. Glennon is currently Vice Chair for the State of California.
He has successfully passed all classes and exams required to be certified by the California Association of Community Managers (CACM). CACM is an organization that promotes education and licensing of property managers. Glennon was one of the first 50 property managers to be licensed in the state.
Glennon has successfully passed the four classes and the case study required for the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation. Glennon's PCAM number is 414. PCAM is the highest designation available through CAI. Currently, only 450 property managers in the country hold this designation.
Judi Surbuts, CPM®: Judi is Vice President of Income Property and is responsible for overseeing the Property Management operations of the Income Property Division.  Judi has been with Euclid Management Company since 1991.
Judi serves on the IREM® (Institute of Real Estate Management) Inland Empire Chapter Board, and is the 2008 Chapter President.
Judi is a CPM®, which stands for Certified Property Manager, the designation awarded by IREM® to outstanding professionals in the real estate management field.  This designation encompasses the highest level of management for residential, commercial, industrial properties and Community Associations.  She was the 2007 Inland Empire CPM® of the year.  She is also a licensed California Real Estate Broker.
Glen Crosby: Glen Crosby is Vice President of Homeowners Association Management.  For over 15 years, Glen has been involved with the development and management of HOA communities throughout southern California.  Prior to joining Euclid Management Company, Glen spent over 7 years with KB Home, holding positions of Vice President, Director of Forward Planning and Senior Project Manager.  During those 7 years he was responsible for the acquisition, entitlement and development of several thousand lots, including single-family detached, mixed-use and multi-family communities, along with the oversight of all Department of Real Estate processing for common interest subdivisions.
Before joining KB Home, he spent 13 years with Lewis Homes Management Corp. in positions of Project Manager, Homeowners Association Facilitator and Property Management.
Glen earned his Bachelor of Science degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona (Cal Poly).
