Community Association Services
EUCLID MANAGEMENT COMPANY provides a full range of services for community associations. In addition to the standard package of services, all clients receive the following:
CUSTOMER RESPONSE TEAM: A staff of seven customer service specialists takes calls from homeowners and Board Members.
TELEPHONE ANSWERING: The telephones are answered promptly by a person. We do not use answering machines during the work day, but individual voice mail is available 24 hours per day.
PROPERTY INSPECTIONS: Your common areas will be inspected weekly by our property administrator using an inspection form specifically designed for your association. This form will be included with your monthly management package.
ACTIVITY LOGS: You will know with certainty what action is being taken on the many service requests which Euclid receives each month from Board members, homeowners, Board meetings, property inspections, vendor calls, etc. This action log has proven to be an integral part of our communication with you. The Activity Log includes the source of the request, date requested, action taken, response letters, vendors, review dates, follow-up action and completion date.
ENFORCEMENT ISSUES: Our Activity Log gives a detailed list of all enforcement issues. This includes homeowner name/address, enforcement issue and letters sent, such as 1st enforcement, 2nd enforcement, hearing and hearing results. The enforcement issue is tracked until completion. Our system also allows us to run an enforcement history by individual home.
ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS: Your accounting records will be kept with the most sophisticated, computerized system in the industry. You will be able to select which reports you wish to receive monthly. A simple, easy to read, one page, financial summary will be prepared each month for the "non-accounting oriented" Board members.
ACCESS TO EMPLOYEES: You will be introduced to the individuals who work on the accounting and administration of your association, as well as the property administrators. You will have access to knowledgeable individuals throughout our organization.
DELINQUENCY ANALYSIS: Your monthly management package will include an analysis of the activity of every delinquent homeowner. This is updated continually and includes reports of collections, correspondence and legal actions.
AUTOMATIC ASSESSMENT PAYMENTS: Assessment payments can be electronically transferred from homeowner bank accounts to the association accounts.
