Community Association Services
TEAM APPROACH TO MANAGEMENT: Your association will be assigned to a property administrator who is part of a team. The team consists of several property administrators, an assistant and a team leader. Several team members will be familiar with your association and will be available to answer your calls or those of your homeowners. Our goal is to have every call answered by a knowledgeable property administrator.
ONSITE EMPLOYEES: We currently provide onsite employees for several of our larger associations. These employees include General Manager, Social Director, Activities Coordinator, greeters, etc. We can assist in establishing a staffing plan for your association.

EDUCATION: We understand that there is continual turnover on association boards and we feel that it is our responsibility to educate Board Members. We conduct semi-annual seminars with speakers in the areas of law, insurance, rules enforcement, conducting meetings, and many other pertinent topics. These seminars are attended by over one hundred Board Members. The speakers, combined with the interaction between Board Members, will be very helpful to you. Smaller, monthly seminars are held in the Euclid conference room in the areas of New Board Member Orientation, Treasurer Training, Reading Financial Statements, etc. In addition, Jim and Glennon write a monthly letter to all Board Members discussing current topics of interest.

  • Welcome letters are sent to all new Homeowners. These letters introduce the association on a friendly note. Copies of Rules and Regulations, and architectural forms can be included with this letter.
SPECIALIZED, EXPERIENCED, KNOWLEDGEABLE HELP WHEN YOU NEED IT: Glennon Gray and Jim Gray have 34 years of full-time homeowner's association management between them. They are frequent seminar speakers, active in the industry and involved with all phases of California legislation affecting homeowner associations. In addition, the various division managers and property managers have developed specializations. All of these resources are available to you. The appropriate individual will meet with your association at no additional charge if the meeting is held during regular working hours. Customized management programs are available.
