Euclid Management Company is a corporation created to fulfill the need for truly professional property management. Our goal is to provide an unusually high quality of service in every aspect of income property ownership, including property management, renting, and leasing.
Euclid concentrates its efforts on income properties located in the Inland Empire and surrounding areas.
Our property management professionals maintain the property in top condition. This facilitates the renting and leasing. The combination of a well-maintained property with strong tenants results in the highest possible market value. The property owner can either use the cash flow from this asset to supplement their income, or we can assist in achieving the highest possible sales price.
We are aware that the management of investment property is changing rapidly. Tenants are becoming very militant and utilizing the legal system now more than they have in the past. It is imperative that properties be managed by a company who can work within the proper legal framework, yet maximize the cash flow. Quick response and attention to detail are vital.
We believe that a comprehensive program of property inspections, immediate maintenance, and quality routine maintenance serve to upgrade the value of the property. This, combined with a strong rental and collection effort, will maximize cash flow. Constant attention to rent levels and vacancies support this objective.
The Income Property Management Division of Euclid Management Company is unique in its ability to meet the challenge of providing this management. We are small enough, having eight property managers, to provide personalized service. Yet the company, with over 80 employees, has the resources and personnel to professionally manage any property. We have experience managing for financial institutions, Receivers, and government agencies at various levels. James Gray has been appointed a State Court Receiver.
According to the Inland Empire Business Press, Euclid Management Company was the largest or second largest management company in the Inland Empire every year since 1996.

James G. Gray, Glennon Gray and Judi Surbuts are the owners of Euclid Management Company.
The company was founded in 1986 by James G. Gray, a Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker. Jim has an extensive background in the property management field, having worked for several developers as Director of Property Management, prior to opening his own company. A graduate of Gannon University, Jim is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Public Accountants: He is on the Board of Directors of the Upland YMCA and is past President of the Board. He was also on the Board of Directors of the Upland Chamber of Commerce and is a past President of Upland Rotary.
Glennon is the President of Euclid Management. He is a Business graduate of California State University, Fullerton, He joined the company in 1988. Glennon was on the Board of Directors of the Community Associations Institute (CAI), Inland Empire Chapter, is Co-Chairman of the state Political Action Committee for the same organization, is active in the Chief Executive Officers of Management Companies (CEOMC) Association, and is a member of the Rancho Cucamonga Chamber of Commerce and the San Antonio Hospital Corporate 2000.
